| How many kinds of membership are there at CHEM.CN? |
| There are 3 kinds of membership at CHEM.CN. 1. Free Membership: You can list your company, display products catalogs (max10 products), and post buy/sell trade leads (max10 trade leads) 2. Basic Membership: You can list your company, display unlimited products catalogs, post unlimited buy/sell trade leads, receive trade alerts, receive market information of the products you're interested in, provide a company yellow page for your company, and promote your company & 5 products on our overseas partners' websites and international chemical exhibitions. 3. Super Membership: You can list your company, display unlimited products catalogs, post unlimited buy/sell trade leads, receive trade alerts, receive market information of the products you're interested in, provide a company yellow page for your company, promote your company & max 20 products on our overseas partners' websites and international chemical exhibitions, and advertise your company on our website and the publication of the international chemical exhibition we attend. |

| How can I post my company? |
| Become a member of CHEM.CN, the information of your company would be added in our companies database. |
| Why can't I post my information successfully? |
| Check whether your information is meet the
require as follows: 1. All the information should not be involve such symbols: ', 2. The Brief introduction of the company should not be more than 500 characters; 3. The specifications/property of products (trade leads) should not be more than 100 characters. 4. The usage of the products (trade leads) should not be more than 100 aracters; 5. The package of the trade leads should not be more than 100 characters 6. All photos should be in JPG or GIF format, and each photo should not be more than 100K. |
| How can I update/modify my information of the company? |
| 1. Log in 2. Click on 'Modify my information' 3. Choose the right choice item you want to update/modify 4. Click on 'Update'. |
| Can I change my member ID? |
| Sorry, but no. For security reasons, each
CHEM.CN account is exclusive to an individual Member ID. However, you can create a new Member ID by re-registering. If you will no longer be using your original account and Member ID, please send a quick email to service@chem.com.cn, and we will deactivate the old one for you. |
| What can I do if I forget my Member ID or password? |
| If you forget your CHEM.CN Member ID or password,
please provide us with your registered email address and as much as possible
of the other information that you gave during registration, such as company
name, contact name, telephone number, and so on. This will enable us to
verify your identity. You can mail your request to customer service. Once your identity is verified, your Member ID or password will be sent to your registered/specified e-mail address. |
| How can I cancel my membership? |
| If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of
our website or services, please tell us by sending an email. Your suggestions
and comments are always highly appreciated. If you wish to cancel your membership, please send us your Member ID and password. This is for verification purposes. Once your identity has been verified, we will close your account. |
| Can I send an inquiry if I'm not a member? |

| How can I advertise on CHEM.CN? |
| To feature a banner advertisement
on the EC21 Website: (1). Send the following to Here: - Any image files of your products/company logo, plus advertisement detail. - Which page is your preferred - The Web address to link to your advertisement - The duration of advertisement (months) - Your CHEM.CN ID (if you have one) (2). Remit payment A banner advertisement costs just US$80(RMB600) per month (minimum one month) Please remit via T/T to: - Beneficiary: CCCOI Network Technology Co. Ltd. - Bank: ICBC DongCheng Sub-branch, Heping Office - Account No.: 0200004209024202842 (3). We will notify you upon receipt of your ad. data and funds, and will display your banner on the CHEM.CN website within a few days. |
| I suspect a CHEM.CN member is engaged in fraud. What shall I do? |
| Please inform CHEM.CN immediately. Forward
any mail you have received from the suspected fraudster to customer service
. We will delete the member's ID from CHEM.CN. If you receive any further
suspect correspondence, please forward it to us immediately. We take online fraud extremely seriously. |
| How can I get more response to my posting? |
| We suggest that you try acting on some of
the following recommendations to improve your responses on CHEM.CN 1. Your postings may lack detail.
